We retain full ownership of all intellectual property created unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
- Client Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use any content (text, images, videos, etc.) you provide to us for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights. 4. Client Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as client delays, third-party service interruptions, or technical failures. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.

We may use third-party services, such as hosting providers or plugins, as part of the project. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or failures caused by these third-party services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach any of these Terms. Termination will not affect the client’s obligation to pay for services rendered.

We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project. This includes client business information, strategies, and any other materials labeled as confidential.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in US.
13. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
